• Include your name, email and phone
• Include the name, profession (if applicable), phone and email of the person you are nominating
• Share a brief summary about the person you are nominating and your reason for choosing them as your hero.
• We will contact nominees directly about your nomination and give them a personalized certificate outlining how to receive $1,000 at closing of escrow with us.
